I am a yr old woman that identifies as yrs old:). I am fairly easy going and an open door with communications. I am looking for someone to share a home versus "renting a room". The kitchen is always available for cooking or baking. I sometimes cook and share but I am not always home. I am a petsitter and take care of pets at other's homes while they travel. So, housemate will have the place to themselves quite often, especially in summer months. Unfurnished bedroom, bdrm closet, a nice size linen closet with own bathroom is available starting June, July or August. We would share the 3rd bedroom (it's small, office size). Background Check and Verification of Employment will take place. I am originally from New Orleans, lived on the West Coast most of my career and now trying out Tennessee, another music town:).
