Hi, my name is Roxy. I'm an attorney, who is new to Tennessee. I just moved from Dallas. The house I seek to share is in Historic Edgefield and is about a mile from Broadway and all the fun downtown. I stay in the master bedroom downstairs and your bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Shared kitchen, family room, and dining room are all downstairs. There is a music room/art studio upstairs that you are also free to use. It would be just the two of us. I have two small dogs, Mr. Waffles and Pollo. I am looking to share the house with another professional, who is able to manage their share of the rent without any difficulty. I don't have parties, almost never have people over and have no family here. The house is immaculate and gets cleaned professionally every days. High speed business grade internet is lightening fast. Minimum term of days. Maximum 6 months. I can't accommodate pets. No partiers, please. I'm quiet, considerate and ridiculously tidy. I work a solid hours a day and use the weekends to recharge my batteries, regroup and prepare for the next week. Rent is for utilities.
