I need a male to take over my lease at Upark (located near FAU, PBSC, and Lynn) on May 1st-August with the option to renew for the same rate. The rate is now which is less than what they are currently renting out their apartments for. The apartment offers a gym, pool, and large gathering area that is very fun and social. The room has access to your own bathroom and bed.
