My 2 roommates and I are renting out a bedroom in the florin road area. It is a pretty spacy room. The bathroom is shared between me and the roommate that moves in. It includes a bathtub and a toilet. All of us have cats combined and 2 of those dogs live in the backyard. The neighborhood is very friendly and everyone minds their own business.
