Hello, I (M) am looking for a roommate. I currently have two other roommates (M). It is a private room with a mostly private bathroom, the only time it’ll be used if there are guests. The room is located on the first floor of a two story home. We have a full kitchen and two fridges that you can use. We have two cats and are not looking to add any pets at this time. We do require a $ security deposit but the utilities are included in the rent.
