I have one bed & bath. Bathroom is private on your side. Quiet neighborhood around the rockledge area. You’ll have access to the washer & dryer, kitchen as well. Treat the place as if it was your own. Very clean and neat. The room is not furnished. Pref someone who needs short term, but open to long.
