Our home is upscale, very clean, quiet, and a zen retreat to have peace. Amazing backyard with pool and jacuzzi ~ perfect for tranquil vibes. Red rock views + trails nearby. We are not partiers. We do have occasional out of town guests we enjoy an evening of music / hanging with. We have 2 tiny toy poodles and do not want anymore pets please. Looking for like minded souls who are peaceful, clean, quiet, respectful, and appreciate peace & live mindfully. Utilities negotiable depending on usage. Move in fee is 1st & last months rent + a deposit for damages + a cleaning fee ~ therefor it’s partially refundable.
