Hi, My fiancé and I are currently happily retired. I was active in the medical field and my fiancé was an accountant. We have lived in this house for about 4 years and just love our home. We have 2 small dogs who are friendly once they get to know you and who are housebroken. We live in an active development in beautiful Ocala Florida. Our neighborhood is very friendly, and we all try to keep an eye on our homes. We are renting out a 3 room "suite." There is a fully furnished bedroom with queensized bed and mattress, a bureau, 2 side tables, 2 lamps a good sized closet and a ceiling fan. The 2nd room is an unfurnished bedroom which has a ceiling fan and large window facing the backyard and garden. This room has been used as a private second living room, and private office and a few times as just a storage room for belonging. The 3rd room is a private bathroom which has a newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower, a surround, large vanity and of course a toilet. This entire area would be for your use only. There is driveway parking for your vehicle. You are never blocked in the driveway. The kitchen and laundry area is to be shared by both us and our tenant. You will have 2 closets for your food storage as well as 2 drawers. There is a spare small refrigerator in the garage for your use as well. The kitchen is well equipt with just about everything you would want to use. We are all responsible for keeping the kitchen counters free of scraps and also free of excess things "hanging on the counters. They are to be wiped down after use. We have all quartz countertops and only our special cleaner is to be used on countertops in the kitchen or the bathroom vanities. You will be supplied with the special quartz cleaner. We tend to be quite neat and tidy and we hope you are too. We enjoy our privacy and of course will respect yours as well. Come take a look. I think you will be pleasantly surprised Best wishes, Pat
