I'm a dominant Man. Although I'm polite, respectful, quiet and adaptive I demand it from my roomie too.
I do not tolerate loudness and parties or weed smell. Sometimes I might have guests overnight (girls or family members)
I'm very open minded and crazy about sex but I don't drink, don't use drugs and don't do parties.
Although everything is about communication and if you want someone over I'm ok with it I'm not an introvert person just I hate changes and disturbance.
If you are generally submissive and respectful that's a great plus
I'm a heavy smoker (normal cigarette) so would be nice to have a balcony or easy access to outside or smoke inside. I love clean and organized spaces but not the best in making it 😃😎
