I’m , consider myself friendly and outgoing ideally would like the same so it’s not awkward for either of us. It’s pretty quiet around here all the time. Apartment is fully furnished, welcome to furnish the room however you wish. I work from home everyday. You are welcome to bring your own kitchen/bathroom stuff. I like to clean after myself specially the bathroom/shower and kitchen area. I’d like the same from my roomie :)
(Per the owners rules) We are allowed to only have 1 car per roomie so any additional car would have to be parked out on the street. No pets are allowed/indoor smoking.
