My boyfriend and I are the landlords of a beautiful model home. We are in our early s and would like to have like minded individuals as our roommates.
We are seeking one roommate (preferably working professional or student)
We are clean, quiet, working professionals, who work from home.
We like tenants who are respectful and would remove their shoes upon entering the home, clean up after themselves, and assist with keeping the home tidy and clean (such as taking out the trash or mopping the floors and vacuuming the carpeting)
