Not often, though.)Washer & Dryer w/ Full access to the kitchen. (Will definitely provide a decent fridge and freezer space along with cabinet space for cooking supplies.)You will have full access to the rest of the apartment you and can definitely feel free to decorate as you would like. I recently just moved and had plans for my little sister to be renting with me but she ended up having to move out of state for a job she wanted to take and only ended up here with me for a month. I currently have been here 2 months and absolutely love the spot so far. There's really no issues, and in general, it is a quiet complex. The only issue what so ever I'd say is the apartment having loud floors and being in the 2nd story after pm you really have to be gentle walking around other wise the neighbors below can't sleep for their job because of the loudness if you're walking heavy footed lol. But minus that it's flawless staying here and comes with free parking that's gated.I'm really looking for just an extremely laid back roomate preferably a female due to having great roomate history more with women than men when it comes to bare minimum responsibilities like just picking up after yourself, cleaning up when your done cooking, and mindful for others. I'm genuinely the easiest person to live with and never complain or care about anything involving your personal life. I really just want a quiet place without drama. I don't have many people at all ever over since I enjoy my home being my relaxing place. Basically, I'm looking for an individual with the same mindset.
