The apartment is also perfect for someone who wants to try out Jersey City because the initial lease will last until December . At that time, we can both decide if we are the right fit for each other. On January 1, you’ll have the opportunity to pick your own roommate or live in the apartment by yourself under the terms of a new lease because the existing tenant will be relocating for work.
