The house is in Malden right off the main street. The monthly rent is $-hundred and + Utilities and the room is available on July 1st. The house is part of a duplex, so we have two private entrances which makes package delivery easy. There is off the street parking. The house has the following amenities:- In unit washer and dryer.- 3 shared bathrooms (1 full bath, 2 half baths) and 2 private bathrooms (both full baths).- 4 floors with around two-thousand sqft.- Baseboard heating and wall mounted AC units in each room.- Large storage room in basement with shelving.- 1 Gb per second WIFI.Regarding pets we do have one cat, but we ask that no one bring any additional animals.
