I own and have rooms that I rent out. Currently rooms are rented out. Been using the 3rd as an office while I renovate things. Only will rent if you in dire need of a place and don’t mind a construction zone, bathroom that is available has been renovated and fully functional. Kitchen is currently in the middle of being redone but has sink, stove dishwasher. There is a big dog, she is sweet but just be mindful of these things when you message. I’m flexible on the rent but gas,water and electricity will be split. Located in south sac gated neighborhood.
