Hi, I will be a first year undergraduate student of University of Alberta staring from Fall . I am looking for a room from in an all female house or apartment of rooms for minimum for months (Fall and Winter term). The lease term may increase to a longer duration (if the house and house mates are suitable)I would prefer to stay with other undergraduate female students. I don't smoke or drink nor I am a party type girl, rather I am very calm, quite and clean. I would prefer similar house mates. My ideal house mate would be from South Asian countries, however female undergraduate students from other countries are also acceptable.The ideal house should be within walking distance from the university campus, however a short bus or LRT ride is also acceptable. But in such case, the house should be closer to a bus or LRT stop. A furnished bed room is preferable within the range of CAD (utilities may or may not be included).
