yrs old clean quiet very respectful I don't have pets the room is only for me, I don't do drugs or drink I'll be gone mostly during the day I go to bed early I don't hear much with my hearing aids out at night on ssi and work part time my rent is paid on time every month I don't have any preference male or female doesn't bother me I love all animals thanks have a great day 😊
