My roommate and I are looking to fill a room for a year lease. we’re both very chill and work in fashion. We’re also both 🏳️‍🌈, so obviously LGBTQ+ friendly!! The building is amazing and has amenities, like a laundry room, gym, work rooms, a rooftop, and an elevator. There are 2 bathrooms so you would have your own next to your room! Room is on the smaller side but has a large window almost the size of the wall. Please no pets!
