Hello, I am looking for a roommate who is a busy professional, clean, organized, light cooking, no pets, into fitness. I have a room available with private entry, and bathroom right next to the bedroom. Laundry available outside of the unit, parking, pool, 5 mins to I- minutes drive to the beach. I have a bed with a mattress and a lamp. Available July 1st.
