Vegas bartender here who loves his place, been here over 2 years and need to find a roommate/s to keep it. Option A: One roommate at $/mo plus avg $ for int/gas/power, could have choice of Master with walk-in and large private bath, or could take the two smaller rooms with shared bath. Option B: Two roommates at $/mo all inclusive but take one of the smaller rooms with shared bath, I'd pay all utilities and take the master for it. One of the nicest neighborhood pools I've seen around here, decent gym, manned guard gate, single oversized garage, plenty of storage.
