I am renting out the second room in my apartment. I am currently using it to store a couple things as you can see in the pictures. This unit comes with your own room. I believe it is ‘ your own private bathroom your own closet we do have a washer and dryer a fridge a dishwasher microwave air fryer coffee maker. The living room is completely furnished plus you will get access to the pool and gym and there’s actually a pool table. I do have a dog so if you are allergic or you don’t like animals, probably not the place for you. Thousand dollars a month and then we just split stuff like food toiletries stuff like that.
