I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment at the province in Tampa. It is within walking distance to usf. My room is the deluxe room, so it has more space, a private bathroom, and a walk in closet. I had planned to room with two girls, but you can choose your own roommates and roommate matching is available! The apartment itself is furnished and includes standard utilities. The lease starts in late August and ends in July, however there is availability to move in earlier and the rent is $/month. I have already paid for parking, so that’s included as well.
