No longer use this app as it has not been useful - check out this unit on Airbnb. Looking to try out renting my guest room for a few months on a month-to-month basis. You would have the basement level of the house which includes, your bedroom and the bathroom plus access to laundry. You will also have shared access to the kitchen. Bedroom Rental Includes a tv with cable and access to high speed internet. Ideal renter would be a university student or somebody that is quiet and works full time.
