Looking for someone to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment for the remainder of my lease. It’s $, other utilities are covered, wifi, water etc. The only thing about electricity is if agreed upon we can split it, other wise everything else is covered. The lease is up in January. I’m not a picky person when it come to the financial part, I just ask for on time payments for rent that all.
