We have a private furnished bedroom available for rent in our bath townhome. The room has a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser (not pictured in closet) & direct access to a private balcony and shares a full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen, living room, laundry, and half-bath downstairs are shared spaces.The home is fully furnished including your bedroom. Laundry is in-unit, and all utilities (electric, water, internet) are included in the rent.we are a professional couple with two very friendly dogs, unfortunately we can't allow any additional pets. We're looking for a clean, respectful single occupant (no couples) who is employed and can provide proof of income.
