Hi, I have a room for rent in my house in Foothill farms, Sacramento :) - $/mo utilities (includes xfinity fastest internet) - Very nice & quiet neighborhood - Near Roseville road & Walerga - Pets are okay depending on what is it. - All new appliances (Samsung smart fridge, cooking range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer) - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (I live in the house, and one housemate) I’m super chill, quiet, and I work a lot.
