I am looking at this apartment that is a bath in Rochester Minnesota. Rent is about $. This includes all utilities except Wi-Fi. Fully furnished with in unit laundry. I am specifically looking for a female student that will be attending Rochester community and technical college. The main thing is that I am looking for someone that is willing to sign the lease instead of me. Because I am and I am not able to sign. The location of this apartment is as best as can be. It is located near downtown and right by a bus stop for public transportation. Needs like grocery stores restaurants and more are located near as well.
