Private bedroom available in a bathroom house. Your Bathroom would be shared with one other person. Fully fenced acre lot with gated parking so your vehicle would be secure. Small work out area under a covered carport with treadmill, weight bench, and stationary bike. All of the areas in the home are shared except the bedrooms and garage. There is a commercial sized fridge and freezer so there is plenty of space for groceries. We have dogs so we aren't accepting anyone with animals unless it is something small in a tank like a hamster or fish. There is currently 2 men and one woman between the ages of living in the home and we would prefer to rent to a male roommate.
