It is next to a living-room that I use during the weekdays only (2 days per week), and there is a toilet on the same floor. We (the family) spend more time in the kitchen and TV room on the next half-floor.You would share the bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room with my family (myself + and , but they are here only half of the week + a teenage girl). There is also a women living in a room in the basement, she is very quiet and do not use the kitchen. Bottom line, the house is relatively quiet half of the week, and a bit less the other half :) (but it is quiet after pm and I expect the tenant to be quiet too after this time and until 7am). The house is overall clean and tidy (a cleaning lady comes every two weeks) and I am looking for a tenant that is respectful of the cleanliness and good condition of common areas (for instance, I expect you to tidy up the kitchen right after each meal and to keep the toilet and bathroom in the condition in which you found them).
