Looking for a responsible, fun, and kind female roommate to take over my current roommate on the lease! The lease is up in mid March 2026. The apartment has 2 beds and 2 full baths (the new roommate’s bathroom is separate from bedroom). Washer and dryer is included and I just had new ones installed! There’s access to a balcony from both bedrooms. The apartment is about 1200 sqft and is on the top (third) floor or the building. Unfortunately, the building is older and doesn’t feature an elevator. There’s a pool in the center of the shaded private courtyard and a gym in the other building across the street. Parking is currently non-reserved street parking due to a lack of advice reserved spaces. The area is very quiet and the building is super quiet in general as well. Located in a great spot in the Houston Montrose area just down the street from thrift stores, cool bars, and coffee shops on Westheimer. Most everyday stores are only less than a mile away. Walking distance from Buffalo Bayou Park! There are currently no pets living with me but wouldn’t mind having one in the apartment. I’m pretty clean and very sanitary (big on sanitary). I can be super understanding and considerate. Looking for a roommate to make the place feel more like home! Happy to answer any questions! :)
