You'd be sharing a happy home with me, two downstairs roommates (young working couple), and one well-behaved small dog. Our happy home is in a serene, old-growth community, with lakes, pools, hiking trails, and nearby beaches. The upstairs bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, front and back patios are all shared and you're free to make yourself at home in any of those areas. No animals.
