Great place to live-walking distance to school, stadium, awesome community, pets allowed for additional fee. This property is only 1 year old and lots of fun. Not only are there pools, but there is a sauna, ice bath, hot tub, grills, gym, covered parking-its got everything. Not sure of the details on sub-lease but my rent is less than new tenants because I re-signed a year ago!
