Looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in our bath condo. We're looking for someone who is a single occupant does not smoke inside is considerate and cleans up after them self also someone who smokes Outdoors only and preferably does not have any pets a dog maybe acceptable depending on the temperament and fur type. Current occupants include myself and my fiance. Utilities would be included with the rent that's due on the 1st if you have any questions please feel free to ask. There's currently a bed and a side table that can be left in there or moved out depending on your preference.
