You will share the house with 6 super nice roommates (1 of our renters is living o/s in his own private studio attached to house) all working professionals, the landlord doesn’t live here. It's a very laid-back atmosphere, the house is located in a beautiful new part of Riverside, CA in the city of Grand Terrace. Its very scenic and located in quiet residential neighborhood. There’s a lovely big backyard with a garden, fruit trees and all. We can also provide a bed with your room if requested and all the utilities are included in your rent, it would be a monthly lease, we would love it if you stayed longterm.
