About me

I am seeking a kind, responsible and respectful individual to share my large home as I am recently divorced. Private bedroom with large walk-in closet- all other space shared (LR, DR, FR, Kitchen, Office and bathrooms). I rarely use my LR-therefore that space would be primarily for a roommate. There is ample parking off of the street in the front of my home. I live in the historic district of Perrysburg-3 blocks from downtown and 1 block from the Maumee River. This is a beautiful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to Orleans Park which has both walking and biking trails. Any roommate would need to like dogs as I have a Golden Retriever. I am fairly active and enjoy walking my pup, gardening and spending time with family and good friends. I am a neat and orderly person and don't particularly enjoy clutter. I do enjoy meeting new people and developing new relationships and friendships.
