Hi all, looking for a roommate for a bath apartment at Paces the Estates in opelika. Rent is not including utilities (approx /month). The place is currently unfurnished but I will be furnishing the common spaces. I do have a small frenchie but one more dog is welcome based on complex rules Move in is Rent and utilities will come out to $ approximately per month.
