I’m currently subleasing a bath apartment at the Palisade starting August-July. I have not yet been matched with roommate so I’m unsure of ages. I am not receiving the financial assistance I was supposed to be and subleasing this one and finding a cheaper one would really help me out. The rent is $ a month and the room would be shared by 3 other female students. The Palisade includes a gym, rooftop pool/hot tub, a movie theatre and arcade, yoga studio, coffee and study lounges and is located on campus. It is small pet friendly as well. Heated parking is optional and is a separate fee. If someone would sublease from me, it would be a big help!!
