I found this app/ a bit limiting, as it routinely did not want to save most single numbers amongst other text, any measurements, a specific year, and freeway numbers... so I'll do my best to correct the record, if you have any questions.
The ideal candidate already possesses a ‘self-starter attitude’ and grasps the concept of participation and responsibility. Be it an overflowing garbage can, a dish left in the sink, or a wet towel that has been blown to the ground — just remedy it. Easy.
A respectful, watchful eye while cleaning-up after oneself… or pitching-in without being asked — are all qualities needed to maintain a property of this size.
Please understand -- "Available Immediately" does not mean rushed... but there will be urgency.
For those individual's who provide the right 'first impression'... your hook, or clever spark or strike -- maybe its something straight from the heart... or an overdue, unbridled savage review of yourself -- all winners... 'cause time is short and I NEED YOU to be you... like 5 minutes ago!
Once we've met and you've had the tour... I'll give you the day to compile all the things you forgot to ask. It happens.
Shortly thereafter -- based on schedules, I'll have you back over and we'll walk somewhere and grab some food. (Breakfast, lunch, or dinner.) Whatever works best for you and your schedule.
I'll answer your questions... and ask more of mine... like, do you see yourself living here? Are you really a 'neat freak' -- or you'd say whatever I needed to hear to be considered.
