Hello my name is TIM I am and looking to rent a room I’m quite keep to myself I work full- time and sometimes do side work I don’t party I don’t smoke I do go out of town sometimes for work I’m pretty clean and clean up after myself I have rented rooms before and worked out well I get along with just about everyone.
