I’m renting out the master bedroom in my apartment. The bedroom is a very large master bedroom with a private bathroom, shower/bathtub combination as well as a vanity and its own sink. The room has plenty of closet space. The apartment itself is probably one of the best units in the complex. The unit is right next to the pool and gym. We do not share walls with anyone and there is a large patio. The unit also gets beautiful natural light and parking isn’t an issue. Don’t mind the furniture or yellow rug in the master, or the clutter. That was from the previous roommate. Those things will not be there upon your move in. I have two small dogs with a combined weight of about twenty pounds. They’re very sweet and currently share space with the old tenant’s cat and they all get along swimmingly. I would be ok with a cat or a small dog. The large wrap around patio provides the animals a nice place to sunbathe as well as be let out in the morning to go to the bathroom. They can also be off leash because the patio is completely fenced in. If you message me I will give you my phone number.
