Whole 2nd floor that I’m looking to have a roommate for. It’s a beautiful 2 story house I just started renting, the lease will be up on May bedrooms are upstairs that will be yours to do as you please, along with a 2nd living room/game room and washer/dryer with your own dual vanity sinks with walk in shower/tub and of course shared spaces. I’m easy going, friendly, respectful, drama free and chill. The only thing I would like is for you to clean up after urself. Other than that I’m mostly at work, the gym or out somewhere like the park, pool, or family. I’m open minded so if you’re interested let me know, and we can also negotiate your rent.
