I am an incoming Rutgers graduate student looking for housing near the Newark Campus. I am looking for any spaces available (studio, shared space with roommates, etc) as long as it’s within my budget of $. I am very easy going and prefer a clean place. I am not a loud person though noise around me does not bother me. I also own a young male cat. He is friendly and litter trained.
