You have access to all common areas - living room, balcony, and kitchen.You have your own private bathroom. You have a balcony in your room -- you have access to the balcony from your room. The balcony extends to the living room. There is also access to balcony from the living room. The washer and dryer are in the balcony. Utilities split I cannot speak the amount as I haven't moved in. Same for internet.
