I am looking for a roommate to share expenses. I have a bath townhouse in Taylor. The available room is furnished with a queen bed dresser and tv. includes rent, water, and internet. The only other expense is gas and electricity, which varies from month to month. The gas and electric average monthly split expense is avg during the summer.
