I am a year old woman, my rental got flooded back in March n landlord refuses to fix, then my truck blew its engine. I do property Maintenance and labor work. Mainly Landscaping. Have my own tools. Need somewhere in town close to childersburg so I can get to work...I'm not high maintenance. A building would be fine.
