Our home is perfectly situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is also incredibly walkable to all of the exciting West Asheville amenities and attractions.The main level features a large living room space equipped with a large wrap-around couch, loveseat and mounted Smart TV. Relax at home with a book from our shelves, your favorite TV show or the variety of board & games we have for you to enjoy.The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and it is well stocked for a long-term stay with modern appliances both large and small. We have an Air Fryer, Crockpot, InstaPot, and Kitchen Aid for your use as well as full dishware, drinkware, and cutlery. The kitchen is complete with updated Whirlpool range, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining table has seating for four and we have additional chairs for guests stored in the basement if needed.The main bedroom features a queen bed and large closet space alongside two bedside night stands with additional storage. There are 2 additonal upstairs rooms, one offering a twin bed and the other currently furnished as an office. We have full bedding and additional sheets for all of the beds in the house. Additional living space is found in a fully finished area of the basement, featuring another queen-sized bed as well as additional living space.The upstairs hallway bath features a tiled tub/shower, as well as a recently updated vanity, sink and toilet.The house features a wrap-around deck I've just refinished last year with furniture and an outdoor dining table. We have a garden with a variety of perennial berries and wildflowers alongside raised beds you can plant with your own vegetables.
