Looking for a room ASAP or by July thirteenth. I have 2 Emotional Support Animals (landlords must approve them) aka cat and dog (friendly with people and other animals). I will be working from home doing telehealth sessions. I’m a night owl but keep it down after dark. I enjoy cooking for others. No boyfriend or kids, very few friends. friendly.
I have a credit score and some (less than 2k) in collections. I am in the process of getting an eviction summons removed from my record because that was part of the deal for off my past due balance (I fell ill for 2 months and missed a lot of work), for them not to disclose the summons. I was NOT evicted. I’m on top of my bills.
Getting small inheritance in a month as well. I’ll be making a 6 figure income come the end of the year.
