Rent would be paid biweekly. All utilities included in rent: electric water gas use of washer dryer. There is a nice pool you can use Furniture included or can be moved if you have your own. Guest bathroom right across your room, would be all yours. I have two rooms available if you want to rent both I can offer a price for both.
