I am looking for a female roommate. one room is master bedroom private bath and the other room is private room and shared bath. The monthly total includes rent, all utilities, in-unit laundry, wifi, parking in front of unit and guest parking available & fully furnished. The lease term starts in August and end July. The community is quiet and mainly student-residents. It is safe and comfortable here. There are nearby bus routes if you don’t drive the closest one we have is a 3 minute walk. Publix, Target, and other essentials are 5 minutes away by car. It's directly across from FSU campus, a minute walk.
