Looking for a roommate in Irving Park bath. We are about a minute walk to the Irving Park blue line.Our third roommate recently moved out and we are looking to fill the room! The room is plus a closet. The previous roommate had two desks plus their bed easily in there. In unit laundry and friendly cats. There is a patio/balcony, and also a large backyard!Unfortunately we can't have any additional pets.Who we are: M, F) who have lived together for 2 years. Our previous roommate moved out due to family obligations. We both work from home standard hours and are usually quieter.
